This Plan is tailored to Apartment or small home (Up to 1000 sq.ft. / 92 sq.m)
We’ll Identify Any Design Issues Or Shortcomings and Ensure Everything Is Optimized Before Construction Begins. This Session Is Your Opportunity To Address Potential Problems And Refine Your Vision For A Seamless Project Execution.
To ensure a productive and insightful session, please provide the following materials at least 48 hours before our meeting:
Scaled, Professionally Drawn Floor Plans: Please submit your floor plans as PDF files. Hand-drawn sketches or photos of plans won't be sufficient.
Property Photos or Inspiration Images: If you're renovating, include current photos of the property. For new builds, share images that inspire your design vision.
Design Preferences Overview: Briefly describe what you love and dislike about your current floor plans to help us tailor our discussion to your needs.
All materials must be received at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate review time.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom; a meeting link will be provided after scheduling and payment confirmation.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
The design review provides advisory feedback only and does not include detailed plan revisions or construction drawings.
Follow-up support or additional design work can be arranged separately upon request.
