Preparation For Your Design Session

To ensure a productive and insightful session, please provide the following materials at least 48 hours before our meeting:

  • Scaled, Professionally Drawn Floor Plans: Please submit your floor plans as PDF files. Hand-drawn sketches or photos of plans won't be sufficient.

  • Property Photos or Inspiration Images: If you're renovating, include current photos of the property. For new builds, share images that inspire your design vision.

  • Design Preferences Overview: Briefly describe what you love and dislike about your current floor plans to help us tailor our discussion to your needs.

Conditions

  • All materials must be received at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate review time.

  • Sessions are conducted via Zoom; a meeting link will be provided after scheduling and payment confirmation.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • The design review provides advisory feedback only and does not include detailed plan revisions or construction drawings.

  • Follow-up support or additional design work can be arranged separately upon request.

  • Pricing is per level, and additional conditions may apply depending on the complexity and scope of your plans.

1HR | Small Space Review

:Small apartment or room (Up to 300 sq.ft. / 28 sq.m) = $650 +GST

1.5HR | Medium Space Review

Apartment or small home (Up to 1000 sq.ft. / 92 sq.m) = $850 +GST

2HR | Large Space Review

Houses & Apartments (Up to 3000 sq.ft. / 278 sq.m) = $1200 +GST

2.5HR | Expanded Design Session

A deeper dive into any sized space. Does your space require a little something extra? Is it larger? More custom? Let’s spend a little extra time to get it right. = $1500 +GST
