B) 90- Minute Expert Design Consultation - $295.00

90-Minute Zoom Session To Review Your Plans. We’ll Identify Any Design Issues Or Shortcomings  And Ensure Everything Is Optimized Before Construction Begins. This Session Is Your Opportunity To Address Potential Problems And Refine Your Vision For A Seamless Project Execution.

Preparation for Your Design Session

To ensure a productive and insightful session, please provide the following materials at least 48 hours before our meeting:

• Scaled, Professionally Drawn Floor Plans: Please submit your floor plans as PDF files. Hand-drawn sketches or photos of plans won't be sufficient.

• Property Photos or Inspiration Images: If you're renovating, include current photos of the property. For new builds, share images that inspire your design vision.

• Design Preferences Overview: Briefly describe what you love and dislike about your current floor plans to help us tailor our discussion to your needs.
